Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or Purolator with tracking.

If your country is not available in the shipping cart or if you would like an other shipping method, do not hesitate to contact us at sales@perfecttuning.net.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees do not include and duty or other fees if the shipping address is outside of Canada. 

Returns

*** BEFORE ANY RETURN, YOU MUST CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@PERFECTTUNING.NET TO GET A RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ***

Without a RMA number, the package will be refused.

We have a strict 30 day return policy, and only brand new unused and unwrapped items can be returned. All returns of products sent back to Perfect Tuning may include up to a 20% restock fee. All returns must include the original undamaged packaging the product was originally shipped with. Special ordered items are non-refundable and can not be returned.
